The T-Ball (Modified Coach pitch) League is an instructional league for players age 5-6. League age is as of 4/30/2019 This is a modified coach pitch league. Kids start off using a Tee and then as their skills progress they migrate to coach pitch. We realize that all kids develop at different rates and we will provide what is best for each child. Some kids may need to use the Tee throughout the season. The league features a continuous round robin batting order. All players registered by 2/4/2018 are placed on a team according to neighborhood wherever possible. Coaches will contact players as soon as teams are set (will be just a few days before practices start). The primary playing field is the Factory and Wakefield Middle School.
Coach pitch format. The purpose of try outs is to distribute skill levels evenly throughout all teams. All players registered by 2/2/2016 will be placed on a team. The primary playing field is the Factory and Wakefield Middle School ONLY 8's TRY OUT. All age groups are determined by the players age as of 4/30/2019.
Player pitch format, two-division play. The purpose of try out is to split the players into two divisions according to talent and distribute skill levels evenly throughout the teams in each division. Due to the capacity of our facilities and anticipated interest in this league, participation may be limited. Primary playing field is the Factory.
