North Wake County Baseball Association has a long standing tradition of supporting travel baseball in our area. Our teams traditionally participate in Top Gun, Triple Crown, AAU and USSSA events both locally and in Virginia, South Carolina and Tennessee.

The program has been a great success and continues to grow! This year we expect greater growth and even more talented players to join the program. We have added an 8U age group to our Travel League.

The season kicks off in mid July with tryouts and below are further details for your reference. Please help get the word out and forward this webpage.

The age determination date for competitors will be May 1 of the current season and will be his/her participation age for that season. The player’s age on April 30th determines the player’s eligible age division for the current season that includes April 30th.  The season runs February 1st thru July 31st. All teams will move up in age on August 1st of each year.

*NOTE: 14U tryouts will not be held for this round. However, you have the option of attending the 15U tryouts on field 5.

Because player development and opportunity are the ultimate goals, we will make every attempt to have enough teams to accommodate as many players as possible when justified by the player/talent pool.

Additional Information

• Kids wishing to try out for travel should register for travel team tryouts at no cost & register for rec ball & pay the rec ball fee to hold your spot as a backup. Spring registration begins 12/1/19.
   
• If they make a travel team, the fee you paid for the rec league will be transferred over toward your travel team fee. Players that are on a NWCBA travel team can't play in the NWCBA REC League also.
